Endprodukt Studio Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions as set out below need to be accepted prior to studio hire. Please read carefully and tick the box on the booking form to signal your acceptance.
Booking
Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of payment for hire, holding deposit, and completed booking form.
Deposit
If your booking is being made for a date more than seven days prior to your arrival on site, a deposit of 50% of the total booking hire fee is required to secure the booking.
Holding Deposit
We require a holding deposit of £250 which will be returned at the end of the booking (minus any deductions due to damage, additional waste removal, overtime or losses incurred because of a breach of any of our stated terms).
Balance
We require the balance of payment (final 50%) for studio hire to be settled seven days prior to arrival. Any additional equipment hire must also be settled prior to arrival/ on receipt of invoice. Any bookings made with less than seven days’ notice will require immediate payment in full.
Booking Changes and Cancellation
Studio hire booking times can be changed where available and as discussed and agreed in writing with Endprodukt Studio, this will be subject to a Re-Booking Fee:
• seven days’ notice provided: re-booking fee equal to 10% of total booking fee
• three days’ notice provided: re-booking fee equal to 20% of total booking fee
• Less than three days’ notice provided: re-booking fee equal to 30% of total booking fee
Cancellation of studio booking will be subject to the following Cancellation Fees:
• seven days’ notice provided: cancellation fee equal to 25% of total booking fee.
• three days’ notice provided: cancellation fee equal to 50% of total booking fee.
• Less than three days’ notice provided: cancellation fee equal to 100% of total booking fee.
Noise
Noise levels must be kept to an appropriate level during studio hire. Any requirement for excessive noise levels must be discussed and signed off with Endprodukt Studio management prior to acceptance of booking.
Studio Times
Endprodukt Studio hours of business for a standard studio day hire are: Monday – Friday from 09:00 – 17:00, and upon request Saturday/Sunday 10.00 – 17.00. If you require studio hire outside of these times (for which arrangement must be made in advance) or if unplanned additional studio time is required, fees are charged as follows:
Pre-arranged overtime £40 per hour (17:00 - 22:00), £60 per hour (22:01 - 00:00 ) and £120 per hour (00:01 - 06:59).
Unplanned overtime £50 per hour (18:00 - 22:00), £100 + VAT per hour (22:01 - 00:00 ) and £200 per hour (00:01 - 06:59).
Facilities
Tea, coffee and bottled water to be provided by Endprodukt studio.
Any requirements on top of this needs to be pre-arranged and will carry a charge. Sugar Studios is a dry hire venue.
There are public WC’s available on site
There is free parking on-site and access to the loading bay must be agreed with Endprodukt Studio management and not be used for parking unless permission is given by studio management.
Power
There is ample single phase (12a /16a /32a) power.
Should you require an additional generator, this will need to be pre-arranged with Endprodukt Studio and will be at an additional charge.
Electricity
Due to the unprecedented increase in heating and lighting costs, we now have to charge an additional £30 per day for electricity. This will come into effect on 1st April 2022.
Set-Up and Take-Down Time
Loading-in logistics MUST be fully communicated to Endprodukt Studio management prior to arrival to avoid potential issues.
All clients are required to include set-up and take-down/ clean-up time within the hours booked, to avoid overtime/ additional studio time fees being charged. Any unplanned additional studio time will be invoiced and due for immediate payment: the holding deposit will only be released once all outstanding balances have been settled, including overtime and catering.
No materials or equipment must be left outside the hired space (corridors etc).
The studios will be cleaned daily, after 6pm or before 9am.
Leaving the Studio in a reasonable state / Waste / Cleaning / Damage and Repair
All clients, and anyone who attends the studio in association with the client, must leave Imagecrate Studios in a ‘reasonable state’, meaning the studio hired and any communal areas used should be left in the state they were found prior to client occupancy, forgiving standard wear and tear.
Endprodukt Studio reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for any cleaning above the expected requirements, and/or waste removal required.
Standard waste is inclusive of all bins provided throughout your hired area.
Should you need any additional waste removal (this would be anything above the bins provided as detailed above), a skip can be arranged for your own use, this will be at an additional cost and must be arranged / paid for prior to arrival on site.
The client is responsible throughout the duration of the hire to ensure that no breakages, damages or losses are caused to the property of Endprodukt Studio. This includes maintaining good decorative order and ensuring no alterations to the studio are made without prior consent in writing for changes required for the purposes of hire.
All equipment used, either own or hired, is used at the risk of the client. Endprodukt Studio will not be liable for any loss or damages to materials, props, or equipment except where such loss or damage is due to the negligence or malicious intent of Imagecrate Studios or any employee or engaged party of theirs.
On arrival, it is the client’s responsibility to document any damages to studio space prior to use and inform Endprodukt Studio management, also to Endprodukt Studio if any equipment is either not in working order or not acceptable. Endprodukt Studio will use their best endeavours to replace such items within 24 hours of notification being sent.
The client may erect signage deemed reasonable by Endprodukt Studio to serve as notifying and directional signage, and for the protection and privacy of the Client and Client’s employees. These may not be permanent fixtures nor use fixings which require repairs to walls once removed. If the client’s alterations are not returned to the original state, costs will be recovered from the Client’s holding deposit.
Minors
Clients must ensure that any minor (under the age of 16) is accompanied by a chaperone. Permission must be obtained to be at the studio and to be photographed or filmed as relevant.
Marketing
Any use of Endprodukt Studio name, logos or assets must be authorised by Endprodukt Studio management.
Force Majeure
Notwithstanding any other terms of this Agreement, neither the Company nor the client shall be under any liability for any failure to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement due to Force Majeure. Following notifications by Endprodukt Studio to the Client of such cause, Endprodukt Studio will be allowed reasonable extension of time for the performance of obligations. For the purpose of this condition, ‘Force Majeure’ means:
• Act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire, or accident
• War or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection or civil disturbance
• Acts, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental, parliamentary or local authority
• Import or export regulations or embargoes
• Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial actions or trade disputes
• Difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery
• Power failure or breakdown in machinery
Soundproofing
Endprodukt Studio does not have a soundstage. Clients are advised to visit the site prior to booking to ascertain that the level is acceptable for their purposes. Endprodukt Studio will endeavour to keep noise from any adjacent workshop to a minimum and ensure louder construction is not carried out outside the studios during the working/hired hours of 9:00–17:00. Please discuss your shoot and sound requirements with Endprodukt Studio management prior to booking.
Health & Safety
At the start of the hire, the studio management will give a quick H&S brief and go through emergency procedures / responsibilities with the Client.
Any accidents (no matter how insignificant) must be notified to Endprodukt Studio management once it is safe to do so, in order to follow H&S procedures.
Any use of smoke/mist machines must be notified to Endprodukt Studio management prior to bookings.
Please note Inagecrate Studios does not allow controlled explosions of ANY kind on site.
Public Liability
The client must have appropriate public liability insurance for all persons they are bringing to the studio, to cover any accident, injury, or death during the hired period.
Termination
Endprodukt Studio reserves the right to terminate any booking or hire contract if the client is found to be in breach of any of the terms and conditions.
Applicable Law
All agreements shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
By giving your consent on the Booking Form, you agree to abide by the above terms and conditions.
PRIVACY POLICY - Endprodukt Studio
Endprodukt Studio respect the privacy of our visitors and are committed to preserving your online safety, by preserving your privacy at anytime you visit or communicate with our site. This Privacy Policy is updated from time to time; therefore, it should be reviewed occasionally.
1. Collected Information
Data can be collected and processed during the operations of our website. The following are ways we may perform these actions:
1.1 Data regarding your visit(s) to our website and any resources used are collected. The following is included and not limited to: location data, weblogs, traffic data, and any other communication information.
1.2 Any forms you filled out on our site allows us to collect data such as registering for information or when you complete a purchase.
1.3 If for any reason you communicate with our personnel or site we may collect information.
2. Cookie Usage
There are instances where we may use cookies to gather information regarding our services in a mathematical collection for our website and our advertisers. Any information collected will not have any identifying data. It is statistical data about our visitors and how they have used our site. No personal details will be shared that could identify you.We may assemble information about your common internet use with a cookie file. When used, the cookies are downloaded to your computer automatically. The cookie is stored on the hard drive, with transferred information. The data sought by the cookie helps us improve our website and any service offered to you.Your browser has the ability to decline cookies. This is done by setting your browser options to decline all cookies. 3. Our Use of Your Information
Information stored or collected regarding you helps us improve and offer services you need. The following list contains how we might use your data:
3.1 Any request you make of our site or personnel allows us to use information you provided us with, relating to the products or services we have. We may also send information on products or services you may be interested in, as long as consent has been received.
3.2 Contract Commitments: To meet any Commitment we make to you.
3.3 Changes or Improvements made to the site can warrant use of your information, with regard to notification of such changes.
3.4 An existing customer may be contacted regarding products and services related to any item of previous sale you made on our site.
3.5 We may use data or allow third parties to use information that is not related to goods or services you may be interested in. We or third parties contact you only if consent has been provided by you at anytime, based on information we collected.
3.6 Any new customer can only be contacted by us or third parties if consent has been offered via our site. We only send communications you have consented to.
3.7 Anyone who does not wish to give consent for our site or third party use has the opportunity to decline. Once we receive your withhold for consent we will remove your details from any mailings or third party communications.
3.8 None of the information collected about you will offer identifiable characteristics. Information shared to a third party is statistical only. We will not reveal who you are, only mathematical information about our visitors.
4. Personal Data Storage
4.1 Locations outside the European Economic Area may be used for transferring data we collect about you. These data sites are for storing or processing of your information. The information we share outside the European Economic Area may be shared with staff based on the process and storage of said data. It may include such processes as processing a payment or offering support for your service or product needs. The staff processing or storing information may work for our suppliers outside the European Economic Area. By submitting your data to use you have agreed to this transfer and storage of data. We take all reasonable action to ensure the safety of your personal data in agreement with this Privacy Policy.
4.2 Information we are provided will be stored on secure servers. Transaction data is encrypted for your safety.
4.3 You should understand data via online transmission is not completely secure. We cannot guarantee full protection and security data, only that we take all reasonable action to protect information sent to us electronically. Transmission of any data by you is at your own risk. Where applicable you may be given access to sections of our site that require a password. You are responsible for the passwords safety and confidentiality.

5.1 At times we may disclose personal information to persons in our group. This can include subsidiaries, holding companies, or any other subsidiaries involved in our business, if applicable.
5.2 Third Party disclosure may occur for the following reasons:
5.2.1 Selling any or all of our business to a third party may result in sharing your information.
5.2.2 At any time when we are legally required to we may disclose information about you and your visits to our sites.
5.2.3 To prevent fraud and help in fraud protection in order to reduce credit risk, we may disclose information.
6. Third Party Links
Third party links may be discovered on our site. These third party links have their own privacy policy, which you agree to when you click on the link. We are not responsible nor do we accept responsibility for third party links. Our liability covers us only on our site, and thus we do not accept liability for third party links as we have no control over them.
7. Information Accessibility
We cannot withhold data we collect about you, as per The Data Protection Act 1998. This act provides you with access to any information we may hold on you. If you wish to have access about our data collection on you please pay our fee of £10. The fee covers our costs for processing your request and getting the data to you.
